Workflow

Workflow is an exciting new feature of aimtheory CRM, thanks to the vtiger 5.1 release. Now an administrator is able to create a workflow, which is a set of conditions and tasks. You can specify emails to be sent, to-do's or events to be created or even create custom functions within the workflow module. You can also indicate several conditions to be met in order to product the complex functionality that you need to support your specific business model.
