How does the 14-day free trial work?

If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up for any service, you won't be charged at all. If you choose to cancel your plan after your 14-day trial period, you won't be charged anymore after that point. No refunds can be issued if charges are incurred after the free trial period.

Are there any user fees?

No. Per user fees do not make sense since all users are different. You are only charged based on the amount of resources that you actually use for the plan you choose. You can create as many users as you like. If you want more power or storage, you can upgrade at any time.

What version of vtiger CRM do you offer?

You'll get all of the awesomeness of vtiger CRM 5.1. We are not yet offering vtiger CRM 5.2 as we are performing rigorous testing before we roll it out to our valued customers.  We are planning on rolling out vtiger CRM 5.2 in Febrary 2011.

Am I locked into a contract?

Absolutely not. All of our services are month to month and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you'll be billed for the current cycle, but never again.

How do I pay for the service?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When you sign up, we simply validate your credit card (we don't charge it until after the 14 day trial period).
